• Cancellations/Refunds are as follows: Up to 2 weeks in advance - no penalty. Between 8-13 days in advance - forfeit 50%. Less than 7 days in advance - forfeit the entire amount.

• Rescheduling less than 48-hour notice may result in a penalty charge, a change in originally confirmed instructor, and a delay in rescheduling due to studio availability.

• Parties must be booked and paid for in full 10 days in advance. Deposits are required for bookings past 60 days and can be refunded with the above-noted Cancellation/Refund Policy.

• Food/Drink permitted in lobby areas only.

​​

• Please ask before recording the instructor's choreography.

​​

• If the party goes over the scheduled time, you will be charged for the additional time.

• The party will begin at the reserved time. If participants are late, the time will not be extended unless additional time is purchased.​

​​

• All party time lengths include setup and cleanup time. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your event.

​​

• Alcohol is permitted with permission from DAS i.e. champagne, wine, wine coolers, etc. No RED wine or beverages with a strong dye are permitted due to possible staining of the dance floor (i.e. Hawaiian Punch, Kool-Aid, etc.)

• Instructors hired are not responsible for clean up.

​​

• If damage occurs or excessive cleanup is necessary for DAS staff, you will be charged for damages and/or an additional cleanup fee.

• ​Parties are scheduled/booked only by receipt of full payment through Dance Austin Studio to book both the studio and the instructor.
